The is an international examination board responsible for the education and training of beauty and holistic therapists worldwide. There are now over 150 schools in 18 countries accredited to offer the prestigious CIBTAC Awards.
Formed in 1977 it is the longest running and leading association dedicated to the beauty therapy industry. Headed by a council of beauty therapists the organisation offers its members professional indemnity insurance up to £2 million and outstanding benefits to its members, to include discounts on all other business insurance, stock and public liability. BABTAC also operates a 24 hour helpline with professional legal advice on such matters as employment law and general business advice.
