CIBTAC Skin Treatments Diploma – October 2021
This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills required to carry out safe and effective facial treatments with massage on clients to improve skin types and conditions. Students can then progress onto the CIBTAC facial electrotherapy diploma course and advanced skin treatments which will enable them to become a skin and face specialist or facialist.
Successful candidates will be awarded an internationally recognised CIBTAC diploma at UK Level 2 national standards, approved by BABTAC. This CIBTAC Diploma will enable graduates to become members of BABTAC (British association of beauty therapy and cosmetology) and gain public liability insurance to work in the UK, Ireland and overseas.

CIBTAC Facial Electrotherapy Diploma – October 2021
Facial electrical treatments are an ideal extension to the CIBTAC skin treatment qualification for those who wish to progress into the field of advanced skincare.
During this core foundation facial course you will learn how to perform a detailed skin analysis and how to devise a treatment plan for a variety of skin types using facial electrical treatments such as galvanic and high frequency, steam and vacuum suction, faradic EMS, and micro-current. Facial electrics treatments can have a dramatic effect on all skin types; they improve the appearance of the skin, help postpone early signs of ageing, erase minor sun damage, scarring and pigmentation giving the experienced therapist more choice for their clients’ skincare needs.
A qualification in galvanic and high frequency facial electrical treatments is required to train in the world famous Hydradermie facial from the prestigious skin care brand René Guinot.
Upon successful completion of the course students will receive an internationally recognised CIBTAC diploma at UK Level 3 national standards, approved by BABTAC. This CIBTAC Diploma will enable graduates to become members of BABTAC (British association of beauty therapy and cosmetology) and obtain insurance cover to work in the UK, Ireland and overseas.
